Under limited supervision performs highly responsible administrative, managerial, and supervisory responsibilities in the operation and activities of one or more specialized work units and/or programs; applies policies and procedures governing program goals and objectives; assesses and reports on effectiveness of program(s)/project(s).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of: Applicable State of Arizona statutes, rules, administrative orders, policies and procedures, applicable Federal rules and requirements; Yuma County Policies and Procedures; principles and practices of public personnel administration, administration, court administration, including the basic principles of organization, management, and budget preparation; basic principles of accounting, book keeping, record keeping, case and records management; legal terminology and court processes and procedures; community resources and services.
Skills In: Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with court employees, and the public; communicating orally and produce written documents and written reports for public dissemination; identifying and applying operational standards for the work unit and/or program; organizing and coordinating the efforts of court personnel and volunteers to accomplish department, unit or work assignment goals and objectives; operating a personal computer utilizing a variety of software applications; analyzing a variety of administrative, operational, managerial, fiscal and other issues/problems and make sound recommendations for solutions.
Ability to: Work under pressure in a highly dynamic environment with changing program demands and priorities; establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with court employees, and the public; communicate effectively and producing materials for public dissemination; compile and write reports of confidential nature and present information effectively; train and evaluate the performance of assigned staff; follow written and oral communication; communicate effectively both orally an in writing.

Plan Option 1: Preferred Provider Option A (PPO) or PPO A 1100 deductible. Employees who participate in the "Wellness Incentive" will receive a $30 monthly premium reduction by completing three steps.
Plan Option 2: Preferred Provider Option B (PPO) or PPO B 1,500 deductible. Employees who participate in the "Wellness Incentive" will receive a $30 monthly premium reduction by completing three steps.
Plan Option 3: High Deductible High Plan - Health Savings Account (HDHP-HSA) with a 1700 deductible. Employees who participate in the “ Wellness Incentive” will receive a $30 monthly premium reduction by completing three steps.
Employer contributes a total of $800.04 to employees Health Savings Account. If employees select Employee only and participate in the “ Wellness Incentive” employees can receive up to 360.00 contribution to a Limited Purpose FSA card to be used for medical or dental purposes.
Southwest Service Administrator (SSA) Mexico PPO Health Plan: SSA is available to employees who are enrolled in YCEBT Medical PPO Plan A and PPO Plan B. The SSA Plan pays 100% of hospital, medical, laboratory and prescription drug benefits, to a maximum of $5,000 per person per calendar year ($10,000 for two or more family members).
