What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Personnel position at Yuma Nursing Center?
Job duties include:
Ensuring the building is maintained in a safe, and functioning capacity. This includes completing work orders timely, performing preventive maintenance on all building systems. Ordering all necessary supplies, scheduling projects and inspections as required by federal, state, OSHA requirements. Must be able to organize and upkeep Life Safety programs and documentation.
We seek an experienced person with maintenance background and who can be a contributing team player.
We are a 120-bed skilled nursing facility that has a strong and supportive team. You will fit in if you have care and compassion, can help with big and small problems and be ready to learn and grow!! You will be reporting to our Maintenance Director.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
