The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our organization by building and maintaining positive customer relationships. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for, but is not limited to the following:
·Assisting customers with any questions regarding our services.
·Process service orders
·Assist with services and complaints.
·Manage medium volume of calls per day.
·Medium volume of emails per day.
·Follow and maintain safety guidelines in the workplace, as well as comply with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
·Excellent communication skills - ability to write email responses is required.
·Strong customer service skills.
·No related experience.
·High School Diploma or equivalent.
·Must pass a background check.
