Overview
Position : Angiographer
Location : 5121 Cottonwood St, Murray, UT 84107
Shift : 4 X 10s Days On-call
Contract : 13 weeks
Pay Range : $80/hr - $90/hr
Duties
- Prepare patients for angiographic procedures by explaining the process and addressing any concerns.
- Operate angiography equipment to capture high-quality images of blood vessels and organs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results and assist in diagnosis.
- Maintain a sterile environment by adhering to infection control protocols during procedures.
- Document patient information, imaging results, and any relevant observations accurately in medical records.
- Monitor patients' vital signs during procedures to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting imaging equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Requirements
- Must have Vascular/Interventional radiography certification, or one year of Angio/Interventional experience.
- ARRT registration
- State of Utah Rad Tech License.
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
