Customer Care Associate

About this Position:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven individual to oversee our customer service and call center operations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by driving improvements in customer service, solving issues, and boosting revenue. The ideal candidate will lead a team, manage day-to-day activities, and work cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a cross-functional team to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Oversee call center operations including order management, invoicing, and customer support.
- Drive revenue through outbound calls, upselling, and proactive customer service.
- Monitor and reduce call abandonment rates and wait times to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with engineering to address warranty issues and reduce costs.
Job Skills/Requirements:
- Strong customer service background with 5 years of experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and call center reporting tools.
- Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in powersports vehicles, including features, benefits, and competitive accessories.
- Excellent verbal communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Pay Range:
$25-30/hr
