HR Service Center Associate
This is a remote role seeking local candidates in Marlborough, MA
About this Position:
As an HR Shared Services Associate, you will be a primary contact for U.S. and Puerto Rico associates at all levels, providing information on HR policies and procedures. This role involves assisting associates with HR inquiries related to topics such as benefits, W2s, and 1095s while ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal guidelines. A key aspect of this role is delivering professional, confidential, and excellent customer service while documenting cases and escalating complex issues when needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to associate inquiries through multiple contact modes (phones, emails, ad hoc reports), including questions related to W2s and 1095s.
- Assist associates and managers with HR systems navigation and support.
- Document call summaries and process details within the case management system.
- Escalate or partner on complex issues as needed with Specialists, SMEs, CoEs, and HRBPs.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, state, city, and federal regulations.
- Develop expertise in HR topics and ensure accurate and timely HR transaction processing within the HCM system.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
Job Skills/Requirements:
- Proficient in handling HR inquiries and documenting information accurately in a case management system.
- Strong communication skills and ability to navigate HR systems effectively.
- Understanding of state, city, and federal regulations regarding HR processes.
- Experience with handling confidential information and providing excellent customer service.

Pay Range:
