Job Summary:
The Yurok Tribe is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to serve as the Supervising Housing Case Worker. This individual will be responsible for providing permanent and affordable housing resources, linking participants to appropriate services, and supporting individuals who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial intake with potential program participants to determine eligibility
- Develop individualized case plans with measurable goals and objectives
- Work with participants to develop a housing stability plan and budget
- Network and coordinate with community-based organizations to support individuals in attaining services
- Identify long-term affordable housing resources and assist clients in pursuing options
- Provide tenant support and education on tenant rights and responsibilities
- Assist participants in transitioning into permanent housing and providing supportive services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with relevant experience
- Two years of experience in human services, social work, or a related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and support team efforts
- Familiarity with principles of harm reduction and housing first
