Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and welcoming experience.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry in our computerized system.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Transfer calls and take messages.
- Manage program memberships, new and current. Maintaining a membership data base.
- Maintain an organized front desk/lobby area.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, record keeping, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintaining a cash drawer including end of shift daily balance sheet.
- Other Duties As Assigned
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism at all times.
