POSITION DESCRIPTION :
The Office Manager provides general administrative support for the Regional Office and is responsible for overall office functions that include : clerical, bookkeeping, record-keeping, and reception.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Office Management
- General Administration : Oversee office operations to ensure an efficient, professional environment that supports organizational goals. Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Supplies Management : Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, managing vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective purchases.
- Record-Keeping : Organize and maintain physical and electronic files related to office operations, personnel records, and other essential documentation.
- Reception & Communications : Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries, providing information about the organization's mission and programs.
- Event & Meeting Coordination : Arrange logistics for internal meetings and external events as needed.
