Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Des Moines, IA for a Controller. The Controller will oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, coordinating audits, supervising accounting staff, preparing financial statements, and providing strategic financial analysis. The Controller will also be involved in improving financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and cash management.
• Account Receivable and Account payable
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• reconcile all Ecommerce Platform sales, return
• reconcile All Wholesale sales, return and Bank transaction
• Manage payroll processes and ensure timely payment to employees.
• Review and approval all the payment and expense ensure accurate
• understand financial software solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare monthly report: P&L Balance sheet etc
• Produce financial for each dept make better purchase decision
• Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• CPA Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree Require
• Minimum 5 years directly relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in the electronics distribution industry or related field.
• Strong knowledge financial software applications.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on account analysis and budgeting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage payroll processes effectively.
• Familiarity with cash management practices is essential.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
• Knowledge of governmental accounting principles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
