The system as practiced in many firms seems designed to escalate conflict, escalate attorneys fees (without increasing preparation) wear down the clients, and the legal team. There is a better way of doing things, so that the balance, most days, has you feeling awesome about how much you are positively affecting people’s lives. You are comfortable working in a team.
In this role, you will work with a dedicated team of attorneys, paralegals, assistants, and client care professionals. You must be comfortable being the director of your cases and ensure that our clients are receiving the benefit of the talents of each of our team members. If you are not comfortable delegating and prefer to “do everything yourself,” this is not the right role for you.
