Role Description
Z Line is seeking a service associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have general background knowledge in automotive and truck repair as well as tires. Experience with computer systems and customer service skills are a must as well as an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Responsibilites
- Assist customers with scheduling repairs
- Receive payment for services
- Ensure completion of work orders and invoices
- Coordinate with technicians on scheduling avaliability
- Provide customers with information regarding services and products
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of automotive and/or truck repair
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
