Reporting To: Senior Marketing Manager, GTM
Location: Z SUPPLY – COSTA MESA
Schedule: Hybrid - Partial in Office 3-4 Days / Partial Remote 1-2 Days

Position Duties / Responsibilities
General Marketing
- Identify marketing trends and propose creative and innovative ideas for marketing initiatives
- Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Support the marketing team with events, photoshoots, and tradeshow preparations
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager, GTM with 360-marketing initiatives
- Assist the Social Media Manager with scheduling and publishing posts through Dash Hudson and community engagement on social channels
- Participate in the ideation and creation of content for social media channels, including photo and video
- Source influencers and curate lists for gifting outreach
- Monitor and tag influencer posts in LTK and Dash Hudson
- Source brands for potential product and marketing collaborations
- Coordinate with brand partners on events and collaborations
- Coordinate social media giveaways and special projects as directed by Senior Marketing Manager, GTM
- Support the CMO and Senior Marketing Manager, GTM with various administrative tasks and meeting preparations
- Assist with packing and shipping PR, influencer, and wholesale packages
- Assist with sample coordination and warehouse inventory as needed
- 1 years of experience in retail, marketing, and/or related fields
- Knowledgeable about social media and influencer marketing
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
- Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas to support brand initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides is required
- Experience with social media scheduling and listening tools is a plus
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Slack, and Shopify is a plus
