What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Z-TECH Associates?
We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented individual to support day-to-day operations for an IT consulting firm in Concord, MA . Join our team of collegial staff in a pleasant, dog-friendly office with free gym membership!
Daily activities include:
-Placing/managing orders, tracking and deliveries
-Assisting with invoicing, accounts payable and receivables (Quickbooks experience a must)
-Editing documents for content, style, etc.
-Screen and direct phone calls from customers/vendors, assigning tickets and routing to correct staff
-Assist with product research, work with vendors and help prepare customer quotes
-Assist with inventory/asset management
-Willingness to take on projects, new tasks as requested

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Associates degree or higher preferred
- Experience with Quickbooks
- Familiarity with Information Technology products and services a plus
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
