Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management: Oversee and coordinate multiple inventory teams
working on client projects in hospitals across various U.S. states.
Hospital Inventory Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve
inventory tracking, optimize supply levels, and reduce waste within healthcare facilities.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with hospital administrators and supply chain teams to ensure the seamless execution of inventory management projects.
Operational Oversight: Monitor inventory workflows at each hospital site, ensuring
accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to client expectations.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all inventory processes align with hospital policies,
healthcare regulations, and industry best practices.
Training & Development: Provide training and ongoing professional development to
inventory teams, equipping them to deliver high-quality service in hospital environments.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze inventory performance metrics across client
