Overview:

Duties:

Requirements:
**All applicants must have a masters degree in psychology, counseling, or social work.
**All applicants must have an active license issued by the state of Illinois. (LPC, LCPC, LCSW)
**While schedules can be customizable to an extent, all applicants must be willing to work at least one evening and/or weekend per week.
Preferred:
Experience/Specialty in Counseling Children
Applicants should be experienced and willing to work with clients of all ages (4-100 )
Other information:
Doreen A. Zaborac & Associates, Inc is a private practice and offers reimbursement to counselors/social workers for clinical hours worked on a flat rate or percentage dependent upon license level and experience. Licensed clinical therapist staff are hired as private contractors. As such, we do not offer health insurance benefits. We do offer and require supervision for all LPCs. Further, we provide a full service support staff on site (at our location at 16755 Oak Park Avenue) to handle clinician credentialing, insurance billing, invoicing, scheduling, and payroll.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
