Piper Companies is looking for a Construction Administrator to join a healthcare manufacturing company located in Towson, MD.
Responsibilities of the Construction Administrator include:
- In charge of RFI management and submittals by reviewing, processing, and monitoring all
- Manage document control system to all proper filling of the project documents
- Receive and input all permits into the document control system
- Coordinate and schedule project team meetings
- Provide general administrative support for projects and team members
Qualifications for the Construction Administrator include:
- Minimum experience in construction project for 5 years
- Experience in RFI management and submittals
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management or a related discipline
Compensation for the Construction Administrator includes:
- Rate Range: $150,000 per year - $180 Per Hour **depending on experience**
- Comprehensive Benefit Package: Cigna Medical/Dental/Vision
- Perks: 401k
