Construction Admin

Piper Companies is looking for a Construction Administrator to join an engineering consulting company located in Towson, MD.

Responsibilities of the Construction Administrator include:

• Oversees and coordinates construction administration for multiple projects, ensuring compliance with construction documents and managing project procedures, problem-solving, and budget reviews.
• Manages document revisions, project reviews, and change orders, while receiving and distributing test reports and responding to construction documents.
• Prepares punch-lists, handles close-out procedures, and conducts post-construction services and investigations as needed, maintaining good relations with clients and contractors.
• Acts as the Prime Consultant, managing sub-consultants, leading construction meetings, and representing the owner, while providing technical solutions and processing change order proposals.
• Supports the Commissioning process, offering peer and constructability reviews of design development drawings, and solving problems during witnessing.

Qualifications for the Construction Administrator include:

• Minimum experience in construction projects for 5 years
• Experience in MEP background industry
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Compensation for the Construction Administrator includes:

• Rate Range: $100,000 per year - $120,000 Per Year **depending on experience**
