Finance - Lead Business Systems Analyst - Infor

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Finance - Lead Business Systems Analyst - Infor to join an innovative team focused on ensuring the effective use of Infor WFM and Infor Cloudsuite applications within the health system. This is a hybrid role located in Columbia, MD.

Requirements of the Finance - Lead Business Systems Analyst:

• Provide advanced application support and guidance to end users.
• Analyze complex results, propose solutions, and modify applications using existing tools.
• Document various types of reports, specifications, and training materials.
• Participate in strategic project initiatives, supporting all project life cycle phases.
• Train new users on the payroll and timekeeping systems, and conduct periodic training sessions on system features.

Qualifications of the Finance - Lead Business Systems Analyst:

• 5-7 years of experience with Infor Finance applications, including end-user support and system analysis.
• 1 years of experience in application or programming analysis, or equivalent business analysis.
• Experience working with HRIS, Financial Reporting (FIN), Payroll, and IT departments.
• Knowledge of all project life cycle phases, including fit/gap analysis and implementation.
• Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
• Infor Certification is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation of the Finance - Lead Business Systems Analyst:

• Salary range: $93,000-$115,000 *based on experience*
• Comprehensive benefit package: Medical, Dental, and Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, paid holidays
