Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Finance - Lead Business Systems Analyst to join an innovative team focused on ensuring the effective use of Kronos and Infor Lawson ERP applications within the health system. This is a hybrid role located in Columbia, MD .

Requirements of the Finance - Lead Business Systems Analyst:
- Provide advanced application support and guidance to end users.
- Analyze complex results, propose solutions, and modify applications using existing tools.
- Document various types of reports, specifications, and training materials.
- Participate in strategic project initiatives, supporting all project life cycle phases.
- Train new users on the payroll and timekeeping systems, and conduct periodic training sessions on system features.
Qualifications of the Finance - Lead Business Systems Analyst:
- 5-7 years of experience with Infor Finance applications, including end-user support and system analysis.
- 1 years of experience in application or programming analysis, or equivalent business analysis.
- Knowledge of all project life cycle phases, including fit/gap analysis and implementation.
- Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office products with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Infor Certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation of the Finance - Lead Business Systems Analyst:
- Salary range: $93,000-$115,000 *based on experience*
- Comprehensive benefit package: Medical, Dental, and Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, paid holidays
