Piper Companies is hiring an Agile Coach to join a well-established organization located in Boston, MA.

6 years of previous agile coaching experience, and overall 10 years of experience.
Substantial experience with Jira, Kanban, and Lean.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Compensation for the Agile Coach:
Salary Range: $65/hour - $72/hour depending on professional experience

Responsibilities of the Agile Coach:
- Maintain objectivity regarding issues and troubleshoot them by applying agile principles.
- Hold stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams to review project status.
- Support teams in determining resource allocations to maintain agile practices and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Facilitate learning and development among employees through individual and team coaching.
- Coach senior managers in agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from the top down.
- Communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the organization.
- Collaborate with coaching team to build out collateral to support coaching, including frameworks, matrices, etc.
- Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures by teams.
- Lead coaching efforts from individual contributors to high level leadership levels.
- Undertake daily follow-ups with individual team members to ensure projects are on track and goals are being met.
Requirements of the Agile Coach:
6 years of previous agile coaching experience, and overall 10 years of experience.
Substantial experience with Jira, Kanban, and Lean.
- Track record of implementing agile techniques in different work cultures and environments
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
- Leadership Skills: Strong communication, servant leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
