Piper Companies is seeking a Lead Software Developer to join a leading logistics and transportation organization. The Lead Software Developer will lead and optimize complex customer implementations of our vertical SaaS solution.
Responsibilities of the Lead Software Developer include :
- Participate in technical planning & requirements gathering phases including design, code, test, and troubleshoot applications.
- Develop applications / services in our core set of technologies.
- Lead daily agile scrum meetings.
- Track sprint progress and remove roadblocks.
- Ensure industry best practices for software development are followed.
- Review code and provide feedback to developers.
- Demonstrate the ability to work and collaborate with team members of various experience levels.
- Mentor team members to develop, deploy, and maintain mission-critical enterprise applications.
- Oversee the successful completion of code deliverables.
