Responsibilities of the Capture Director :
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Oversee and manage large-scale capture efforts with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
- Lead the capture process from qualification to submission, ensuring all phases are executed effectively.
- Build and manage budgets, allocate resources, and develop schedules to support capture efforts.
- Formulate and implement winning strategies, including pricing and proposal assembly.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of proposals.
- Provide consultative support to internal and external stakeholders, fostering innovation and curiosity.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
