Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Program Acquisition Specialist to support United States Space Force's Space Systems Command in Arlington, VA. The Program Acquisition Specialist is responsible for contract proposals as well as program support and compliance, and plays an integral role in the continued growth, development and profitability of the company. The PAS prepares price models; manages vendor contracts; and tracks procurement activities to ensure that Statement of Work (SOW) requirements are achieved.

Responsibilities for the Program Acquisition Specialist :
- Supports program management team in driving project portfolio execution in order to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue, operating income and cash flow
- Assists with proposal development and monitoring, including pricing and ongoing support
- Monitors program activities to ensure compliance with product specifications and statement of work performance requirements, schedules and cost commitments
- Prepares price models, contract proposals and modifications
- Responsible for monthly reporting and analysis deliverables to company management
- Oversees vendor contracts and renewals
- Generates purchase requisitions, and tracks procurement activities including receiving, invoices, and validating project codes
- Contributes to achievement of company goals and operating plans with direct impact on results
- Responsible for participating in special projects that are integral to programs
