- Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and replacements on defective pressure vessel parts, such as safety valves and regulators.
- Demolish and fit structural components.
- Attach rigging and signal crane or hoist operators to lift heavy frame and plate sections or other parts into place.
- Work at heights, climb ladders, and use platforms safely.
- Hoist loads using slings, chains, shackles, hooks, cables, and other rigging equipment.
- Read job packages and follow steps/directions accurately.
- Follow supervisor direction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a minimum 4-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, familiarity with industrial power and hand tools, proficient mechanical skills, knowledge of machines and tools, ability to communicate effectively, and commitment to Zachry values and safety rules.
