What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employee Rewards and Recognition Manager position at Zachry Group?
Zachry Group is seeking an Employee Recognition and Rewards Program Manager to support planning and project management, implementation and communication associated with Zachry’s Employee Recognition and Rewards Programs. The role will collaborate closely with enterprise leaders, Brand & Marketing, People & Culture, and Zachry’s Executive Leadership to support all engagements associated with these programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about Zachry Group, highly collaborative, organized, and has strong project management skills.
In this role the candidate will administer the Rewards and Recognition Programs. Develops and disseminates communications regarding the program and answers questions. Tracks the Rewards and Recognition Program progress and performance and provides reports and feedback to leadership.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all areas of the organization such as field/craft, engineering, professional, and executive employees
- Experience managing project assignments, working with external vendors and representing Zachry Group outside the company.
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Minimum five years of experience at Zachry Group and a total of ten years of relevant experience total
- Bachelor degree preferred but not required if ten years of total work experience
