What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gen Foreman Instrument Fitter I position at Zachry Group?
The General Foreman of Instrumentation is involved in planning and supervising the activities of employees engaged in industrial construction. Manages and supervises multiple crews in regards to safety, scheduling, QA/QC processes and sequences, time, and cost. Illustrate in-depth knowledge of craft responsibilities. Provide proper training on safety and QA/QC to ensure the quality of work is up to company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must have 5 years working in Instrumentation on an industrial construction project and 1 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
- Must be able to read blueprints, plans, and drawings proficiently to perform duties.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work full work schedule and any additional overtime as needed
- Must be willing to work safely and follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Must follow all company and site rules and regulations.
- Must have required tools.
