Digital Content Manager
on behalf of our client in Uptown Charlotte. This is a
full-time, direct-hire opportunity
with a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite per week). Candidates with non-profit experience or significant involvement in the sector are highly encouraged to apply.
As the Digital Content Manager, you will spearhead email marketing, digital newsletter creation, and website content development. This role is critical to enhancing audience engagement, driving brand visibility, and amplifying the organization’s mission through strategic storytelling.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing : Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including writing compelling copy, managing distribution schedules, and tracking performance analytics.Digital Newsletters : Oversee the creation and distribution of digital newsletters, ensuring engaging and brand-consistent content that aligns with organizational objectives.Website Content : Develop and maintain website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and promotional materials, to support SEO and audience engagement.Content Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to gather impactful stories and translate them into high-quality, audience-focused digital content.Brand Consistency : Uphold brand messaging and guidelines across all digital communications to ensure a cohesive voice and tone.Performance Insights : Analyze content performance metrics and leverage insights to optimize future strategies.
QualificationsExperience : 3–5 years in digital content creation, email marketing, and communications. Experience with non-profits is a strong advantage.Exceptional Writing Skills : Proven ability to craft clear, compelling, and impactful content tailored to various audiences.Digital Tools Expertise : Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), CMS systems (e.g., WordPress), and SEO best practices.Strategic Thinking : A creative and proactive approach to content strategy and storytelling.Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work across teams and departments.Mission-Driven : Passion for creating content that supports community impact and organizational growth.
