Luxury Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be a point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Zadok also specializes in custom jewelry design and repair, watch repair and appraisals.
Zadok Jewelers will be opening their second location in Austin, Texas this Spring 2025.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize computerized systems to track orders and manage customer accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional client services.
- Support with inventory management of supplies.
