Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Level II IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software, and network issues. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels of technical proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Configure and troubleshoot O365 Issues
- Provide first-line support for IT-related issues, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Assist users with network administration tasks, including VPN setup and management.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance of systems.
- Support Windows Server environments and assist with Linux system administration as needed.
- Configure and manage DNS settings and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
- Monitor network performance using Meraki tools and resolve connectivity issues.
- Document support activities and maintain records of user interactions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance overall service delivery.
Experience
- Strong Office 365
- Proven level 2 support experience
- MSP Experience (required)
- Healthcare experience (strongly preffered)
- Familiarity with DNS, Office applications, network administration, virtualization and IT infrastructure management.
- Experience with Windows Server environments; knowledge of Linux is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with users and provide clear instructions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
