What You'll Do
Zagg.com is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Digital Analyst with expertise in Ecommerce and Amazon marketplaces to join our dynamic analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights and driving data-informed decisions across Zagg.com, Amazon, and other digital sales channels. You will support business reporting, cross-channel performance analysis, and experimentation initiatives to optimize revenue, profitability, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Reporting & Dashboards
- Create and manage cross-channel sales reporting for Zagg.com, E-Marketplaces (e.g., Amazon), and Warranty programs.
- Develop weekly trend reports for traffic, sales, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), Unit Per Order (UPO), and Average Unit Retail (AUR).
- Identify performance drivers for revenue growth, such as traffic patterns and conversion trends.
- Provide financial reporting support for cross-functional teams.
- Own Google Analytics 4 (GA4) implementation and maintenance, including tagging, data efficacy, and activation-ready data layers.
- Lead Looker dashboard development and support Power BI reporting where applicable.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Weekly, monthly, and quarterly trends (vs. Last Week, Last 4 Weeks, Last 13 Weeks).
Forecasting revenue performance using quantitative trend guidance (QTG).
Performance by channel (Zagg.com, Amazon, Warranty).
Deep dives into product categories and traffic / conversion data.
Highlight sales increases attributed to A / B experiments.
Own and refine the reporting process for all channels and experiments.
