This key role demands a strategic thinker, skilled organizer, and independent operator who can optimize the CEO's time and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for the CEO, fostering relationships with high-profile stakeholders and executive-level contacts.
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's emails using a tailored ranking system, ensuring critical communications receive prompt attention.
- Prepare executive briefings, maintain a strategic calendar, and arrange travel itineraries and events.
- Collaborate with internal communications to manage PR initiatives and press interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive matters related to the CEO and company operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years supporting C-suite executives, preferably a CEO.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in email management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and task management tools.
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate the CEO's needs.
