As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing this environment by providing comprehensive HR support and serving as a key resource for payroll operations. Your efforts will ensure our team is equipped with the necessary resources to succeed, managing HR functions across our locations while championing our dynamic culture in pursuit of our mission to deliver "The Best Takeout Pizza in the Universe!"
Requirements :
Employee Relations and Compliance :
- Partner with the VP of Operations to handle employee issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
- Support management in disciplinary actions and termination processes.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, partner with the CEO when necessary.
- Oversee unemployment claims, including responses, documentation, and hearings.
Payroll Processing :
Auditing and Documentation :

Additional Duties : Perform other duties as assigned.
