Join the team at Tortilla Flats, one of Rhode Island’s favorite Mexican Restaurants! We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate servers to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Pay: $5/hr

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile.
• Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with guests regularly and responding promptly to any needs or issues that arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with team members and management to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server, minimum 2 years
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a standing position for an extended period.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
