As a Quality Control Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of product content for The Iconic website catalog. Your primary focus will be to review and edit product descriptions, specifications, images, and other related content to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for maintaining high standards of content quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and edit product descriptions, specifications, and other product-related content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Verify that product images are correct and in line with the website’s guidelines.
- Work closely with the Iconic Marketplace team to ensure that product content meets the required standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate with The Iconic leads.
- Implement guidelines, standards, and best practices to maintain a high level of content quality across the website.
- Update daily trackers for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Update product categories when needed.
- Work as part of a team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Perform other Iconic QC-related tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- College graduate of any course
- Preferably with experience in quality control for e-commerce platforms
- With a passion for fashion
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in basic to intermediate fashion terms is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Has proofreading skills
- Solid work ethic
- Can start ASAP
- Must be able to work during Philippine holidays and adapt to the working schedule of The Iconic Australia
- Willing to work in a hybrid work setup
- Amenable to report in MCX E-Commerce Center, Muntinlupa City once a week or depending on business need
