• Track your leads and sales in our CRM system.

• Go-Getters: You’re self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
• Strong Communicators: You’re great at building connections and explaining value.
• Sales Experience (Preferred): While experience is a plus, it’s not required. We’ll train the right person!
• Locals to Ellis County: Familiarity with the area and local community is a big advantage.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using email, phone, and CRM tools to manage leads and clients.
