Job Summary:
The Real Estate Transaction Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, ensuring that all transactions are executed smoothly and efficiently from appointment to close. The role requires a strong understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, legal compliance, customer service, and coordination between buyers, sellers, agents, and affiliates.
Working Conditions:
- Work hours are typically Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch.
- Additional work may be required to complete work and meet transaction deadlines.
