Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Utilize health insurance terminology to communicate effectively with potential clients.
- Analyze health insurance data to assist in developing health programs and initiatives.
- Assist in the management of office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating client acquisitions.
- Communicate health insurance information clearly to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Preferred Qualifications - No Experience Needed
- Proficiency in health insurance terminology is a plus
- Experience working in a call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills to assess health insurance related data and contribute to program development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple tasks efficiently is a plus.
