Sales Support Associate

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of our sales initiatives.

Duties

• Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and inquiries.
• Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
• Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
• Support the development of sales presentations and proposals.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Experience

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent organizational skills.

Pay: Up to $126,576.95 per year
