If you're a CRM expert, an SEO / SEM wizard, and a data-driven strategist with a proven track record of success, we want you to lead the digital team!

What You'll Do

Strategic Visionary : Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, increase those chicken cravings.
Collaborative Leader : Partner with Operations, R&D, Finance, and other teams to launch impactful marketing initiatives that are as smooth as our hummus (and just as delicious).
Data-Driven Dynamo : Dive deep into market trends, customer data, and analytics to create targeted campaigns that hit the spot and deliver measurable results.
Multi-Channel Maestro : Orchestrate a symphony of digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEO / SEM, and in-store promotions to keep Zankou Chicken top-of-mind.
Brand Ambassador : Champion the Zankou Chicken brand voice and ensure all content (from mouthwatering photos to engaging videos) reflects our unique personality and values.
Community Builder : Plan events, promotions, and partnerships that get people excited about our brand and foster a strong sense of community.
Innovation Driver : Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to keep our strategies fresh, exciting, and effective.

What You Bring to the Table

Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus!).

Experience : 3 years of proven experience leading and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, ideally with some food and beverage industry experience.

At least 5 years of leadership experience leading and managing a team

Skills :

Social Media Expertise : You're a social media pro with a deep understanding of how to engage audiences and build brand loyalty.

SEO / SEM Savvy : You know how to get Zankou Chicken to the top of the search results and drive organic traffic.

Leadership Prowess : You have a proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Communication & Project Management : You're a master communicator and project manager who can juggle multiple campaigns with ease.

Data-Driven Mindset : You're analytical and detail-oriented, always looking for ways to optimize and improve based on data insights.

Technical Proficiency : You have a strong understanding of email marketing platforms, social media management tools, SEO tools, and other relevant technologies.

Bonus Points :

Experience with loyalty programs and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Strong design skills and experience with email marketing and social media design.

Expertise in Google Advertising and other paid media platforms.
