zant, a mobile app with a web version launching in 2024, simplifies practice management for mental health professionals nationwide. By offering a streamlined approach from therapy to coaching, zant not only saves valuable time for mental health professionals but also provides essential support to college students. Our tech-driven platform caters to Gen Z, incorporating Fintech, rewards, and provider-curated content, making us a trailblazer in the industry.
This is an internship with the opportunity to a full time paid position. We are looking for a person who is organized, enthusiastic, and interested in growing with a fast-paced startup.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing Indeed accounts and creating engaging job postings
- Collaborating with the team to enhance our provider experience
- Overseeing the provider hiring/decision-making process
- Maintaining calendars and scheduling
- Conducting background checks and ensuring approval
- Utilizing software like Monday.com, Google Suite, LinkedIn, Indeed, Calendly, etc.
- Leading On-boarding Calls via Zoom
- Managing the Provider hub and fostering relationships with providers as valued partners
- Learning and understanding HIPAA Compliance and collaborating with partners on reports
