Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)

Job Overview:
We seek a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support office operations and financial advisors.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Maintain Google Drive and CRM records
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Prepare and organize client documents
- Assist with administrative tasks and office organization
- Serve as backup Office Manager and Marketing Assistant as needed
Qualifications:
- 2 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software
- Experience in financial services preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Spanish (preferred)
- Associate’s degree (preferred)

Physical Demands:
