Purpose
As Head of Store Operations you will be responsible for the operational gear of the store and its correct operation at the service of the sale and customers. You are dynamic and operational with great ability to manage the team and organize tasks. You will also be analytical with the ability to read reports, draw conclusions and implement improvements; innovative and highly adaptable to change.
Additionally, you will have a global vision of the business: how the operational part helps to achieve sales objectives
Key Responsibilities:
PROCESS
- Organize store operations based on operational KPIs to optimize and improve performance.
- Manage warehouse stock and merchandise flows taking into account the criteria of the Sales Manager.
- Supervise and execute replenishment and verify its location in the plant.
- Organize and supervise the front processes: checkout, fitting rooms, size collection and online collection, so you are executed well and provide good customer service.
- Promote and ensure that processes related to omnichannel are executed and complied with (SINT, IPOD, STORE MODE, CC).
- Implement new projects and operational updates.
- Take responsibility and ensure that SHRINKAGE is minimized
- Propose and contribute action plans regarding the needs of the store.
TOOLS
- Use analytics tools and track KPIs to improve in-store processes.
- Supervise and take responsibility for the operation of store devices and track technology incidents.
- Oversee store and warehouse staffing SSGG orders.
COLLABORATION
- Share with the Commercial Managers that the commercial operations are executed well within their usual work routine.
- Manage product management with the Commercial and GEOS Teams to keep warehouse occupancy up to date.
- You are responsible for the management of the external team through communication with their manager.
PEOPLE
- Manage the operations team's hour budget by meeting store needs.
- Assign the productivity well to prepare the schedules in ORQUEST and verify your teams schedules.
- Continuously train teams in your area.
- Identify and propose new profiles for your team.
- Develop, recognize and give constructive feedback for the evolution of the team.
- Responsible for compliance with occupational risk prevention, health and safety regulations

Annual compensation range:
$60,000 - $75,000 discretionary bonus
