The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the this small business litigation law firm. We are small and very busy. Everyone does everything to help provide the best service to our clients. You will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Organize office and case materials/documents/calendar
- Review documents (excellent writing and grammar skills required)
- Submitting filings to the court (training will be provided
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
- Assist in handling attorney and paralegal calendar with billings and court filings
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
- Prior work experience in a trial law firm is a plus
- Proficient Spanish skills is a plus, but not required
