What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager, you'll take the lead on full-cycle project delivery—from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality all stay on point.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple HVAC/mechanical projects ranging from $500K to $10M

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation

Coordinate with field superintendents and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution

Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, consultants, and vendors

Drive RFI and submittal processes

Monitor job cost reports and project forecasts

Lead project meetings and ensure action items are addressed

Ensure all work complies with safety standards, local codes, and contract specifications
What We’re Looking For

5 years of experience in mechanical/HVAC project management on projects over $3M in sizde

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and controls

Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and field coordination

Excellent communication and leadership skills
