Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support our executive team and manage the daily operations of the office for a chain/franchisee of Quick Service Restaurants.
Essential Job Functions:
Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following;
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive teams’ behalf
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting/data analytics duties
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Organize travel, run errands, schedule appointments, for business and personal, as needed.
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Vendor relationship management
- Intake of third-party/vendor inquiries and identifying the purpose of their inquiry before directing them to the appropriate department
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Education and Experience:
- An Associate degree or equivalent vocational/technical training or five (5) years of experience in public or business administration in lieu of a degree
- Experience balancing, verifying and reconciling financial documents and accounts, and ensure data accuracy; prepare and post journal entries as needed
- Experience with payroll and timecard management
- Microsoft office suite: Outlook, Excel and Word required
- QuickBooks or Quicken knowledge preferred
- Experience in Personal/Executive Assistant or Office Manager roles
- Knowledge of the food service industry is a plus
- Corporate exposure is a plus

Requirements:
- 20-40 hours per week
- Flexible work days/hours within normal business operating hours
- Work location: local corporate office with ability to occasionally work from home/remote
Working Conditions:
- Office environment; work with computer and office equipment.
- Essential job functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for standing, walking or sitting for prolonged periods of time.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
