No. 9 of top global tire manufacture’s USA's sales office in Walnut, CA is seeking a full time Staff Accountant.
-Job Description:
- Inventory cost analysis.
- Prepares monthly Financial Statements and reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner for CPA review.
- Managing revenues received and dispersed including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and General Ledger reporting.
- Resolves outstanding payments through communication with departments, vendors, and others.· Follows up on past due accounts receivable.
- Processes AP, AR invoices.
- Invoicing, processing/posting payment, Bank reconciliation and payment collection.
- Perform requested or prepare reports. Report analysis and findings to the management team.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
-Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficient in Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong grammar, and written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English. Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting preferred. (Quickbooks, Bookkeeping, auditing, Accounting, General Ledger)
