Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Representative to join our sales team in the Nashua, NH area. This is an entry level position. The role will focus on lead generation, utilizing company resources and your own creative ideas to source new leads.


The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads through various methods, including:


  • Researching target accounts and developing strategies to establish new connections
  • Keeping tabs on industry trends, identifying potential target markets, and researching competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Proactively seek out and develop relationships with prospective clients through networking (LinkedIn, email, local events, etc.)
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing to select target markets, determine necessary content, and ensure a smooth handoff of leads ready to discuss a project
  • Reaching out to potential leads via email and cold calls
  • Leveraging our existing database of leads
  • Exploring other creative lead generation strategies


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Effective communicator
  • Able to think strategically
  • Persistent and self-motivated
  • No prior sales experience is required
  • Interested in technology and software development
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus but not required

Compensation:

Compensation is a base pay of $45,000 plus performance incentives.
