Double Digit High Growth Private 3PL Non Asset Base Truck Load Provider (Brokerage) is seeking an Inside Key Account Sales Manager for their company. This role will build strong relationships with customers by addressing their transportation needs. Will help implement sales strategies to continue to grow accounts to achieve targets. Will analyze data and collaborate with the Carrier Sales team to ensure customers' freight arrives safely, reliably and efficiently. This is part of a team of 7 employees that report to a Director of Customer Operations. - HS Diploma required, AA or BS / BA preferred
- Must have 2 years experience in the 3PL transportation or logistics industry as Sales Account Manager
- Must have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Must have can-do attitude, detailed oriented, goal driven, multi-task, strong work ethic
- Compensation : $60-80K base plus bonus, employee benefits, relocation assistance if needed
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
