Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Community Association Manager at Zeal Community. The role involves overseeing day-to-day community operations, managing homeowner associations, resolving issues, communicating with residents, organizing community events, and ensuring the overall well-being of the neighborhood.

Core Functions

• Financials: Manage budgets, invoices, receivables, expenses, financial reports, and cash flow.
• Communications: Proactively update, announce, and respond to homeowners while supporting newsletters.
• Inspections & Enforcement: Inspect properties, enforce rules, issue violations, and prepare compliance reports.
• Architectural Requests: Review, document, and manage architectural requests, notifying decisions timely.
• Maintenance: Oversee vendor work, maintain property standards, and ensure timely routine and emergency upkeep.
• Procurement: Manage RFIs/RFPs, and handle contracts for board approval.
• Risk Management: Mitigate risks, enforce safety policies, and monitor community infrastructure and permits.
• Governance: Advise the board on legal, legislative, and industry updates to support compliance.

Qualifications

• A Community Association Manager (CAM) license is required
• Experience in HOA management, property management, or community development a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
